Whole Roasted Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bird
  • 2 Lemon
  • 1/2 Whole Onion
  • 1 Head of Garlic
  • Thyme
  • Salt and Pepper

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Salt and Pepper bird
  3. Cut all herbs and vegetables small enough to fit in the bird
  4. Put the well seasoned, stuffed bird into a roasting pan
  5. Bake first at 400 F for 30 minutes
  6. Then reduce the temperature to 350 F and bake for 45 minutes
  7. Carve and serve with your favorite vegetable / side
