4 Sweet Peppers, tops removed, halved, seeded
½ cup, Pimento cheese
2, Fully cooked breaded chicken tenders
1 T, chopped Parsley
Preheat oven to 400F. Spread pimento cheese into each pepper half in an even layer. Cut chicken tenders into small pieces that will fit into peppers. Place the chicken tender pieces onto stuffed peppers and then place on a baking sheet or ovenproof dish to bake until bubbly (about 15 minutes). Garnish with chopped parsley.
