Chef's Special, Thurs., April 12

This week, we'll be visiting The White Bull in Decatur, Ga. The restaurant, owned and operated by executive chef Pasquale “Pat” Pascarella and partner Gabriele Besozzi, draws inspiration from American novelist Ernest Hemingway who referred to the challenges of conquering the blank page while writing as “the white bull”. The new spot serves dinner seven days per week and “will showcase a thoughtful menu of creative, seasonal fare exclusively from Georgia ingredients.” Watch on our FB page - 9 p.m. Eastern, Thurs., April 12.
