BBQ Spiced Thighs with Alabama White BBQ Sauce


  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

For the sauce:

  • 1 cup Duke’s mayo 
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

           Procedure: Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper and cumin. Sear the chicken on both sides in a cast iron skillet or grill pan until

                             chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, to make the BBQ sauce, 

                             whisk all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. Taste and serve with the chicken.
