Springer's Bacon Wrapped Chicken



  • 2 Springer chicken breasts, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 4 strips of bacon, cut in half
  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Cayenne pepper
  • Red bell pepper, cut in thin strips then halved
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • Green onion for garnish

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Mix together sugar and cayenne pepper
  3. Wrap bacon around chicken and pin together with a skewer
  4. Dip into sugar mixture
  5. Add a tomato and bell pepper on top
  6. Bake in oven for about 20-30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken has reached 165 and the bacon is crispy
  7. Enjoy!
