NEXT ON 3/02: Chef's Special w/ Patrick Money

Patrick Money was born in Mantova, Italy. He spent much of his childhood cooking with his grandmother while his mom was at work. He learned a lot from her as she was a baker for 20 years. He quickly became the main cook for his household. At age 21 he attended the acclaimed C.F.P. Canossa Culinary school in Brescia, Italy. After school, he held many jobs including gelato maker, pastry chef, and cook in the popular tourist area of Lake Garda. At 26, he realized his dream was to have a restaurant of his own so he came to America in hopes of better opportunities. After doing stints at top Florida caterer Tim Webber and the Buckhead Life Group, he found his way to working as Sous Chef at Atlanta’s Award winning Cibo e Beve.
