Cooking Class at Cibo E Beve!

Chef Linda Harrell, Executive Chef and long time chef partner of Springer Mountain Farms hosted a cooking class this past Saturday out of the acclaimed Cibo E Beve — where she expertly combines classic techniques to rustic Italian dishes. This class is part of a four part series, each taking place the last Saturday of the month from February to April.


This first class featured methodologies, tips and techniques surrounding chicken to a sold out crowd! The next class in the series will be a Fish Cooking Class on Saturday, February 25th from 1:00-3:00 PM.
